Clubs Please Note
During his annual report at the League's A.G.M. The League Secretary, Dave Lea reiterated that the imposition of fines was necessary to maintain standards within the League. Without the fines, clubs are likely to repeatedly transgress, control will be lost, and standards which have taken many years to attain are likely to fall. The bottom line is simple, if clubs adhere to the League rules, they will NOT be fined.
Unfortunayely, the early warning was not taken on board, and for the record, here are a list of offenders to date :

Barely a month into the season and fines totalling £280 have been levied. Money which could have been spent better elsewhere, so please get your acts together and get the admin. right first time.
Don't forget also, there's a nice trophy at the end of the season for the Secretary of the Year ,which is awarded to the best club administrator.
